The only child of Violetwave, a wealthy widow who had inherited the money of her husband who had tragically passed away before Blueshell's birth. Despite the lavish lifestyle they lead, Violetwave had grown up in poverty, and so taught Blueshell to be a strong, responsible woman who doesn't squander her riches and doesn't value wealth over life. The two of them have a very strong mother-daughter relationship, taking time out of their largely busy schedules just to chat and catch up.

Unlike the majority of kixies, Blueshell does not have wings. This disability sometimes makes it difficult to travel by foot as though kixies can't fly, their wings allow them to glide and fall long distances without injury, which means a lot of areas utilise varied terrain with large drops, and handrails are near nonexistant, making a lot of places unreasonably dangerous for those without the gliding ability.

Blueshell spends a good chunk of her time volunteering for and helping organise welfare projects and protests, being a big activist who has strong opinions and a lot of them at that. Spends a lot of of time abroad in other areas of the world, as Ringshell City doesn't particularly need any help that can be provided locally, though she will always consider it her home even when away from the bustling sea-side settlement, both because it is the place she was born and grew up, and also the one place she's been that has consistent, proper handrails.

Blueshell knows plenty of people she'd consider friends, but very few she'd consider close friends. The kixie she considers her best friend ever is Orangeade, a famous fashion model who she grew up with as their parents knew each other and would arrange playdates, cooing and taking photos as the two kittens would rapidly alternate between happily cuddling and angrily hissing at each other. Blueshell did her part in making sure her richer friend knows humility and how to arrange business deals, and he did his part in giving her a fashion sense and public speaking skills. The hoodie she typically wears is actually a one-of-a-kind piece persoanlly designed and signed by Orangeade that he gave her as a gift, meaning it has over a million coins in value, though the very suggestion of pawning off a gift from her BFF like that is enough to get claws drawn out.

Blueshell's hobbies include event organising, photography, seashell collecting and swimming.
